Our showroom affords hands-on planners the opportunity to feel the textures and see up close the colors of items you’re selecting for that very special occasion. You are welcome to stop by at any time during our regular business hours and our staff will be happy to assist you.

LOCAL VENUES and EXPERIENCED SITE INSPECTIONS
We maintain great professional relationships with many venues and event centers in our area. Our familiarity with these locations helps us determine not only the items you may require from our inventory but those that are available for use at the event site.
In addition to this professional overview, the fee that is charged for your initial site inspection will be credited to your order once your reservation is completed.
ON-SITE SUPPORT
We are happy to supply on-site personnel and support throughout your event. Feel free to inquire into this special service.
DELIVERY and PICKUP
Interstate Special Events takes pride in the clean, well-prepared and well-organized state of the rental merchandise we provide. We offer a variety of options for delivery and pick-up of inventory, always on YOUR time schedule.
SET UP and BREAKDOWN
Call for a quote for setup and breakdown of your rental equipment.
SET UP and REMOVAL of LARGE EQUIPMENT
Some of our large equipment can be cumbersome; we do not expect our clients to install and arrange these items on their own. Our staff is expert at setting up and removing such large rental items as staging, canopies, tents, and dance floors, as well as many other larger-size items. Please, allow us!
EVENT EMERGENCIES
Event emergencies are rare, but if they occur during non-business hours, please call 503.285.6685 and listen for the event emergency prompt, then follow emergency response instructions. Our Special Event Response Coordinator will call you back promptly.
