This unit maintains food temperatures in excess of 140°F to meet the requirements for food safety. Easy to clean, lightweight and it comes with an adjustable thermostat knob. The FW-1500W/C has a thermostatic range that reaches 212°F making it great for defrosting and slow cooking meats. This unit will preheat quickly to 180°F in 10 minutes. 120V and comes with a 5' power cord. This unit is UL and NSF approved.
